The Opportunity

CACI is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications. The EVP will inspire and lead the communications team, ignite meaningful change within the broader organization, and provide strategic communications counsel to executives and senior teams. The ideal candidate will be a strong, results-oriented leader with demonstrated experience attracting, developing, coaching, and engaging a team of creative, diverse, talented professionals.

Responsibilities

The EVP will have proven experience developing and implementing a company’s reputation and brand to position the company for both new markets and continued growth while exhibiting a consistent commitment to the company’s culture of ethics, integrity, and mutual respect for all employees.

  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Business Development and Pursuit Support

Competencies include:

  • Building an effective team, setting clear performance expectations, and developing the next set of leaders for succession planning.
  • Ability to drive a team to produce in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Refining and implementing a marketing and brand strategy aligned with business development goals and long-term corporate vision.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Progressive communications leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • Strong business acumen, including planning and budgeting.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the C-suite, including the CEO, internal functional leaders, and project/program teams.
  • Proof of creativity across the entire expanse of communications.
  • Tangible knowledge and the ability to assess all communications functions and stakeholders/channels, with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics.
  • Ability to set strategy and tactical action plans (and flexibility to adapt or evolve those plans when necessary).
  • Exceptional oral, written, and graphic/digital communication skills for multiple applications and audiences.
  • Ability to drive brand awareness and media engagement to positively impact company growth.
  • Large-scale project and change management experience, including high-visibility event management for senior leadership and external stakeholders, key stakeholder engagement, and organizational/project management.
  • Leadership acumen, including coaching for team performance, crisis management, and stakeholder management.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
