What You’ll Do
Performance Media Campaign Management & Execution – 25%
Initiate the overall campaign and ad planning, structure, and in-platform builds of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns, ensuring all tactics and targeting ladder up to the media strategy and client business objectives
Organize campaign builds and hierarchy for optimization and reporting success
Ensure websites and paid media campaigns are set up with proper tracking using GTM & GA4
Review website triggers and create events for all applicable conversions (page views, form submissions, floorplan downloads, etc.)
Build and apply standardized UTM codes for all paid media campaigns and ads
Complete any website-to-client management system configurations needed to pass lead/action data and ad source information before campaign launch
Maintain media plan and weekly budget pacing documents with the assistance of a specialist
Serve as a resource for junior team members on pacing, performance analysis, and spend reconciliations
Communicate major campaign updates to the Account Lead and/or Client
Reporting & Analysis – 20%
Build reporting dashboard shell (using Looker Studio) and guide junior members to populate it weekly or monthly
Deliver dashboards and insights accurately and on schedule
Mentor junior team members in optimization strategies and communicate challenges/opportunities across channels
Encourage data-driven conclusions that link performance to digital strategy
Digital Media Strategy – 20%
Develop and articulate media strategy addressing client business objectives
Plan media budgets with appropriate channel allocations
Lead strategy and tactical recommendation creation alongside Directors for client presentations
Create media-specific documents and templates, including plans, objectives, strategy decks, and recommendation decks
Ensure team readiness for tactical planning in-platform or with vendors
Team Management and Delegation – 15%
Oversee junior team members’ daily tasks; review all campaign management documents before release
Guide direct reports on:
Internal documents
Campaign builds
Partner and client communications
Dashboard refreshes and reporting analysis
Optimization recommendations and budget pacing
Delegate workload appropriately to Specialists, with Director support
Provide learning opportunities for junior team members to grow their skills
Conduct regular touch bases for feedback and performance growth
Manage performance reviews, outline skill development, and suggest training opportunities
Act as a key resource and trusted partner for clients (campaign updates, metrics education, data pulls)
Other Media Planning & Buying – 10%
Manage RFP creation and vendor review (DOOH/OOH, Audio/podcasts, Site Direct)
Lead partner negotiations
Sign off on insertion orders and ensure plan accuracy
Guide team collaboration with partners and vendors
Relationship Management – 10%
Foster collaboration with account, brand, creative, content, and web development teams
Act as a trusted client resource for campaign updates and metrics education
Apply knowledge of client needs, sensitivities, and business goals to strengthen relationships
Requirements
5+ years of digital media experience, preferably with direct client experience
Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics, and concepts
Proficient in programmatic (display, video), social, and search channels
Skilled in building and managing campaigns on Meta, Google, and Programmatic platforms
Experience negotiating and constructing digital media plans
Strong verbal and written communication; able to confidently present ideas internally and to clients
Analytical mindset; able to interpret data to uncover insights
Experience managing direct reports
Problem solver with proactive mindset; able to discuss perspectives with team
Experience creating internal processes to manage workload and execute campaigns efficiently
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Able to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights
Experience in lead-based campaign planning and execution
Real estate experience (leasing apartments or selling homes) is a plus
Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio is a plus
