Laura Brigandi has been promoted to Senior Manager, Advocacy & Digital Practice. Since joining the Council in June 2023, Brigandi has helped set new attendance and revenue records for The Advocacy Conference and introduced innovations for the upcoming 2025 conference. She also launched a grassroots advocacy roundtable of senior-level advocacy professionals that convenes regularly to share best practices and participate in programming tailored to their needs. In her expanded role, she will continue to grow the Council’s advocacy practice and lead both The Advocacy Conference and Digital Media & Advocacy Summit.
Yeraldin Borray Castillo has been promoted to Manager of Programs. Borray Castillo has taken on increased responsibility, expanding her role since joining the Council in 2021. She has independently found ways to improve the efficiency of operations team projects and ensure that communication about executive education programs is clear and helpful to members. In her new role, she will be the lead event planner for all Council summit events, including STRIDE, the Digital Media & Advocacy Summit and Legal Seminars.
Rayla Everhart has been promoted to Senior Manager, Database and Office Operations where she will manage all aspects of the Council’s database. This includes communicating with engineers and management teams, providing in-house staff support, and overseeing customizations and training related to the database. Everhart will also manage all office operations, which includes managing relationships with building management and service and supply vendors as well as overseeing office logistics.
Madalyn (Maddy) Flood has been promoted to Communications & Marketing Senior Associate. For the past two years, Flood has done exceptional work managing the Council’s social media platforms, overseeing the marketing calendar, and drafting and editing emails and social media content. In her new role, she will take on more project management for signature event marketing and managing the design and publication of Council reports.
