At Allstate, we’re not just protecting people—we’re building a brand that connects, inspires, and leads with purpose. As a Public Relations Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of that mission, helping shape how millions see and engage with Allstate across media and social platforms.

This isn’t your typical PR gig. You’ll be part strategist, part storyteller, part trend-spotter—using your voice to spark conversations, build community, and keep Allstate relevant in a fast-moving world.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the media whisperer: Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and influencers.
  • Spot the trends: Use tools like Meltwater and Copilot to monitor cultural moments and pop culture shifts.
  • Create buzz: Pitch stories, draft content, and find creative ways to activate Allstate in the media.
  • Keep it real-time: Engage across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more—always in Allstate’s voice.
  • Protect the brand: Flag potential reputational risks and help us stay ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

  • PR, digital marketing, or content strategy experience.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or PR.
  • Killer writing skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • A love for fast-paced environments and creative problem-solving.
  • A pulse on what’s trending—and how it connects to business impact.

You’ll Thrive If You’re

  • A connector who builds relationships easily.
  • A creative thinker who sees the story behind the data.
  • Organized, influential, and always curious.
  • Passionate about purpose-driven brands and making an impact.
