About the Role
HCD International is seeking a Healthcare Partnerships Director. This individual oversees strategic partnerships and collaborations at a national level within the healthcare industry. The role involves identifying, establishing, and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including other companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and industry associations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships:
Developing and implementing a strategic partnership plan aligned with the organization’s healthcare objectives and long-term growth plans. - Partnership Identification:
Identifying potential national community-based partners (e.g., United Way and fraternities/sororities) and other entities that align with the organization’s mission, values, and strategic goals. - Relationship Building:
Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the community and healthcare industry, including potential partners, to explore collaboration opportunities. Existing connections are a plus. - Collaboration Management:
Overseeing the implementation and management of partnership initiatives, ensuring that all parties fulfill their commitments and achieve desired outcomes. - Performance Measurement:
Developing metrics and tracking systems to measure the effectiveness and impact of partnerships and reporting on the results to senior leadership. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Working closely with internal teams, such as Project Directors, Managers, and Executive staff, to ensure alignment and coordination in executing partnership strategies. - Advocacy and Representation:
Representing the organization at conferences, events, and industry forums to promote partnerships and build the organization’s reputation as a collaborative leader. - Monitoring Industry Trends:
Staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities for strategic partnerships.
